This site, formerly owned by Walls, accommodates a variety of tenants in buildings from different eras and different construction traditions - including an unusual north-light shell roofed warehouse.
HORTH has assisted Croudace Properties in masterplanning the long term rationalisation of the tenancies, and has designed both refurbishment and redevelopment projects on the site.
Two new buildings, one purpose-built for Storage King and the other a multi-tenanted, high-spec trade-counter/warehouse facility, were completed in 2009.
