HORTH gained Planning and Listed Building Consent for Hensman's Hill to convert the upper floors of this Victorian 'grand building' in the centre of Newport from offices into contemporary apartments. The scheme included upgrading the ground floor shop units.
The Planners commended the proposal on its ‘green’ credentials, which include promoting city-centre living, the re-use of existing building stock, providing high-density low-energy urban accommodation and reducing the need to travel.
