HORTH was asked to look at fitting high quality residential units onto a constricted site in a high density historic suburb of Bristol. A feasibility study was produced within twenty-four hours, including plans, sections and a 3D model of a scheme for eight townhouses.

The 'Code 4' design incorporates many ‘green’ features, including solar passive heating with natural stack ventilation, solarium, solar thermal water heating, high insulation levels, low carbon impact materials, live/work facilities and potential biomass heating.
